“colorblind” is a code word often heard form right wing talk program hosts and guests. Something Shreve would be very familiar with as a guest.

How about color blind being just what it means! It means color should not be the qualifying factor in hiring. Our leftwing friends have no problem basing everything on color.
Are you the person at that event who loudly and vocally sneered at Shreve’s use of the phrase? You should know that times have changed, and the era of race hustlers and professional offense takers dominating the conversation is quickly drawing to a close. Shreve in good faith articulated a positive goal, and you here in bad faith say it means something opposite of what he intended. Shame on you.
