Indiana is clearly moving in the right direction. I disagree that Indiana doesn’t have the workforce talent to fill these jobs. No state can fill every job and that’s why every state depends on talent moving there from other states. Once these jobs come online, im sure Indiana will have no problem filling them with local talent and talent from surrounding states will move in for these high paying jobs. Making $75,000 a year in Indiana is a really comfortable living.
