  1. Let’s start with the Battery Innovation Center, which merged with Energy Systems Networks, the Applied Research Institute, Indy Innovation LLC, Purdue 9-12 LLC, the Indians 5G Zone, and the Indy Autonomous 15y old IndyCar bumping cars.

These organizations led by Mark Milles, David Roberts, Paul Mitchell and Chad Pittman, had awarded themselves hundreds of millions of dollars zero bids. Just check the “transparency portal”.

They paid for Andretti F1, I mean, we pay:

    Strong partnership with Indiana
    Economic Development Corporation
    (IEDC) through the Avalanche Andretti
Formula E Team presents a unique opportunity for relevant organisations to work with IEDC
The Battery Innovation Center (BIC) is an IEDC initiative set up as a collaborative from renowned universities, government agencies, and commercial enterprises focusing on the rapid development, testing and commercialization of safe, reliable and lightweight energy storage systems for defense and commercial customers

  2. In 2013 Mark Haskings, an employee of Andretti UL, called me at my home in Indiana to tell me that if I wanted to have business in Indiana I needed to sponsor Andretti UK, because the state of Indiana since they could not sponsor an F1 team, came up with an innovative way to pay for Andretti F1 via Formila E, “BECAUSE SUSTAINABILITY GRANTS ARE UNLIMITED IN INDIANA THANKS TO THE IEDC BATTERY INMOVATION CENTER”.

IEDC, time for you to get a real job.
