  1. The clowns at the top of IU health can’t seem to pay our nurses and we continue to lose them to other local community hospitals. We often have short staffed floors, which leads to lower patient care. But, hey, we made more money. Fabulous, IU, you need to take care of our nurses. It is indeed, an issue on the brink.

    1. And because of their unwillingness to pay market rate for staff nurses, there are tons of ‘temporary’ travel nurses on staff, who get paid $$$$$$$$$$$$$.

      Just plain & simple mismanagement.
