  1. I don’t feel forced by Google to do anything. I’m trying to continually unload bing, edge, ie and other meaningless search engines or browser. Grew up Microsoft. Believed in those earlier search capabilities, but Bing compared to Google, Google hands down. I don’t think it was Google that forced Microsoft and others to have fractured search engine results. Do love that rotating bing search image daily though work the facts and tips on it.

  2. Quote: “…recycling unfounded claims by conservatives that the search giant is biased against conservatives and suppresses their viewpoints…”

Baloney. They damn well do so! But since, “The company has denied the claims and insists that it never ranks search results to manipulate political views,” that’s good enough for The Associated Press to present Google’s opinion as fact, whereas the opinion of conservatives is reported as “unfounded.” No wonder The mainstream media is viewed with such disdain and distrust by so many people.

And back in the 1950s, the Justice Dept. was always threatening to investigate General Motors when it breached 50% market penetration. And here’s Google with 90% penetration and they’re finally doing something about it.
