    1. Lots of people want to live here? Thousands of houses are also being built. What does that say

    2. That we need housing of all types and there is demand for lots of people to live in a particular area, so the market responds by building lots of units in that area? I have no idea what you’re getting at here.

  1. Great to see this area evolve with retail, restaurants, and residential. There was a time not all that long ago, that there were an inordinate number of shootings and murders in that area south of 46th to the Fairgrounds, and west of Keystone to the Monon.
