Don’t they know when they keep “renaming” these buildings every 8 to 10 years they severely DOWN GRADE the importance of the property and make them irrelevant after a while. Buildings have an “identity” they probably need to have one more permanent and then one they “rent” out every so often otherwise they seem LIKE A JOKE.

Correction: The Pacers were given 360 million taxpayers dollars to renovate the arena per their orginal propsal and plan.
After the plan and propsal were approved, they significantly scaled back the renovations but kept the 360 million dollars.
