Here’s what you need to know about getting NBA Finals tickets in Indianapolis.
When do NBA Finals tickets go on sale?
For Games 3, 4 and 6, which will be hosted in Indianapolis, tickets will go on sale on Thursday at 2 p.m.
They are expected to sell quickly—tickets for the Oklahoma City games sold out within hours. But a quick sellout may not mean all hope is lost.
“We always encourage people to keep checking back to [our website] because as tickets get returned—whether that’s from sponsors or holds—we try and make those available to general public as well,” said Todd Taylor, president of business operations for Pacers Sports & Entertainment, which operates the Pacers and the Indiana Fever.
Fans looking to get close to the action may have slim pickings: Taylor said few floors seats will be available to the public.
“I would say a majority of the tickets that we have are going to be in the upper bowl,” he said, “but there will be some some seats that are in the mid-tier and lower level.”
