Yes. The pipeline is already under construction. It will bring an additional 2 Million Gallons per Day (MGD) from Citizens by Jan 1, 2027 and an additional 8 MGD by Jan 1, 2028. For perspective, the entire current system is 4.6 MGD.
Building in Clinton County would be more beneficial to the public.Limited resources there.
