    1. Yes. The pipeline is already under construction. It will bring an additional 2 Million Gallons per Day (MGD) from Citizens by Jan 1, 2027 and an additional 8 MGD by Jan 1, 2028. For perspective, the entire current system is 4.6 MGD.

  1. Building in Clinton County would be more beneficial to the public.Limited resources there.
    Going to Boone County is just a way to try to grab up some of that Lily money going into that county.

  2. When will we learn that building communities is more efficient and vital to overall health (or education, or criminal justice) than constructing ever larger, more elaborate and/or exclusive private facilities? Until then, more and more dollars will be competing for scarce professional services and administrators needed to make these client-making systems run.
