More than 325,000 spectators attended this year’s Indianapolis 500, marking the spectacle’s largest crowd since the 100th running in 2016.

The race, won by Alex Palou, featured several on-track and pit area incidents and had 14 different leaders—tied for third-most in race history alongside the 2013 and 2023 renditions.

IBJ was at the track all day Sunday covering numerous aspects of the festivities, including the red carpet, the Snake Pit, pre-race festivities, Victory Lane and, of course, the race itself.
