-UMOJA Christian Congregation leased 22,341 square feet at Lafayette Place, 3651 Commercial Drive. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Sandor’s Jamison Downs. The tenant was represented by Dorether Wallace of Dorether Wallace Realty.

-King’s Beauty leased 8,820 square feet at Esquire Plaza, 8205 Pendleton Pike. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Sandor’s Jamison Downs. The tenant was represented by Christian Rhee of Carpenter Realty.  

-Buffalo Wild Wings extended its 6,400-square foot lease at 2683 E. Main St., Suite 117, Plainfield, for an additional 10 years. The landlord, Plainfield Commons II LLC, was represented by Providence Development. The tenant represented itself.

-Anytime Fitness leased 4,922 square feet at Avalon Crossing, 71st Street and Binford Boulevard. The tenant was represented by Matt Crawford of Scott Veerkamp Real Estate. The landlord, Landmark Properties Inc., represented itself.

-Meridian North DentalCare LLC leased 3,502 square feet at 61 E. 96th St.  The tenant was represented by John Crisp of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, Landmark Properties Inc., represented itself.

-Chile Verde leased 3,520 square feet at Esquire Plaza, 8205 Pendleton Pike. The tenant was represented by Ray Lepe of Carpenter Realtors. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Jamison Downs and John Holloway of Sandor.

-Big Apple Bagels leased 2,100 square feet at Green Street Square, 1551 N Green St., Brownsburg. The tenant was represented by Jodi Milto of NAI Olympia Partners. The landlord, Cranfill Enterprises LLC, was represented by Michael Cranfill of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate.

-Allergy Associates of Indiana leased 2,100 square feet at Regency Centre, 8202 Clearvista Parkway. The landlord, Regency Centre Investments LLC, was represented by Joe Lonnemann and Matt Jackson of Halakar Real Estate. The tenant represented itself.

-Donatos Pizza leased 2,000 square feet at 2205 Conner St., Noblesville. The tenant and landlord, SEG Realty LLC, were represented by Jeff Hubley of Midland Atlantic.

-Ciao Bella Salon leased 1,547 square feet at 141st Street and State Road 37, Fishers. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Drew Kelly of Broadbent. The tenant represented itself.

-Cell Phone Joint leased 1,600 square feet at Lafayette Shoppes, West 38th Street and Georgetown Road. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Drew Kelly of Broadbent. The tenant represented itself.

-Bombay Bites leased 1,600 square feet at Castleton Village, 6621-6697 E. 82nd St. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Drew Kelly of Broadbent. The tenant represented itself.
