Indianapolis-based Baldwin & Lyons Inc. has named Joseph J. DeVito its new CEO, replacing Gary W. Miller, who has led the insurer for 13 years.
The company, which announced the executive changes Friday, said DeVito will retain his titles of president and chief operating officer. DeVito has been with the company since 1981 and a director since 1997.
Miller, who has been with the insurer for 45 years, will take the new position of executive chairman.
