-Wilhelm Construction Co. has been hired by the University of Indianapolis to build South Hall, a residence hall that will house 200 students on the south side of Hanna Avenue in the heart of campus. Work will begin next month on the project, which is expected to be complete by August 2012.
-Alt Construction has completed a 3,600-square-foot retail build-out for Mattress Firm at 2625 E. 62nd St.
-Alt Construction has completed 1,567-square-foot office expansion for Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership at 2065 E. 62nd St.
