Subscribe NowSix undocumented immigrants were arrested Monday night at the Indiana Statehouse as they protested two bills Gov. Mitch Daniels is expected to sign into law, according to police. The group, students between the ages of 18 and 23, were arrested for criminal trespassing after they refused to leave the Governor’s Office despite numerous warnings, police said. The protesters targeted bills that would make illegal immigrants in Indiana pay out-of-state tuition rates and crack down on employers hiring illegal immigrants.
