-Enviro-Max Inc. subleased 21,892 square feet at 5421 W. 84th St. The sublessor, Roofing Supply Group LLC, was represented by Jason Speckman of Summit Realty Group. The tenant represented itself.

-Arrow Electronics leased 5,415 square feet of office space at 3077 E. 98th St. The tenant was represented by Zane Brown of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, BREOF Keystone REO LLC, was represented by Dave Moore and Darrin Boyd of Cassidy Turley.

-TKO Tae Kwon Do leased 4,261 square feet of retail space at Meridian North, 9333 N. Meridian St. The tenant and landlord, Landmark Properties Inc., represented themselves.

-Golitko & Daly P.C., leased 4,034 square feet of office space at Park Meridian, 9450 N. Meridian St. The tenant was represented by John A. Crisp of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, Landmark Properties Inc., was represented by Brian Pahud of Landmark.
 
-MainSource Financial Group leased 3,750 square feet of retail space in The Pointe, 1263 N. State Road 135, Greenwood. The tenant was represented by  Brian Russell of Russell Development Co. The landlord, Sun Greenwood LLC, was represented by Cathy Richards and Jim Karozos of Lee & Associates.

-NorthWest Financial Services leased 2,426 square feet of office space at Meridian North, 9333 N. Meridian St. The tenant and landlord, Landmark Properties Inc., represented themselves.

-Family Homestyle Restaurant leased a 2,268-square-foot building at 5410 W. 34th St. The landlord, Conrad Properties LLC, was represented by Tracey Holtzman of Midland Atlantic. The tenant represented itself.

-Holiday Fireworks leased 2,262 square feet of retail space in Fall Creek Harbour, 10106 Brooks School Road, Fishers. The tenant and landlord, FCH Associates Inc., were represented by Cindy Hoskinson and Herb Feldmann of Lee & Associates.

-Master Auto Repair leased 2,250 square feet of retail space at 4905 Century Plaza Road. The landlord, Master Automotive Services Group LLC, was represented by Ron Mannon of Lee & Associates. The tenant represented itself.

-Thai Orchid leased 1,930 square feet at Plainfield Commons II, 2683 E. Main St., Plainfield. The tenant was represented by Ryan Menard of Seven Development. The landlord, Plainfield Commons II LLC was represented by Liz Yoho of Providence Development.

-Antea USA Inc. leased 1,495 square feet of office space at 6435 Castleway West Drive. The tenant was represented by Dustin McFarland of Mohr Partners. The landlord, NRFC Castleton Park Holdings LLC, was represented by Dave Moore and Darrin Boyd of Cassidy Turley.

-Gray & Pape LLC leased 1,400 square feet of office space at 5807 N. Post Road. The landlord, SMB Group LLC, was represented by Bennett M. Williams, Andrew D. Martin and Mary Beth Kohart of Cassidy Turley. The tenant represented itself.
