-Summit Realty Group has been hired by Major Health Partners to market Intelliplex, a 141-acre certified technology park at Bassett Road and Interstate 74 in Shelbyville. Summit’s Brian Dell will head up marketing of the park.

-Hachette Book Group Inc. renewed its lease for 395,679 square feet in Lebanon Business Park, Building 9, 322 S. Enterprise Blvd., Lebanon. The tenant was represented by Terry Busch of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, Duke Realty, was represented by Duke’s Jay Archer.

-Firestone Diversified Products LLC renewed its lease for 67,200 square feet in Exit 5 Business Park, 9952 E. 121st St., Fishers. The tenant was represented by Jay Gehl of Hokanson Cos. The landlord, Duke Realty, was represented by Duke’s Jay Archer.

-Belden Inc. leased 30,644 square feet of office space at 401 Pennsylvania Parkway. The tenant was represented by Andrew Martin and Bennett Williams of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, MCP Partners One LLC, was represented by John Robinson and Adam Broderick of Jones Lang LaSalle.
 
-FujiFilm Medical Systems USA Inc. leased 11,245 square feet of office space at 8021 Knue Road. The landlord, NRFC Castleton Park Holdings LLC, was represented by Dave Moore and Darrin Boyd of Cassidy Turley. The tenant represented itself.  

-Interactions Corp. leased 6,008 square feet of office space at 3035 N. Shadeland Ave. The tenant was represented by John A. Crisp of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, 3035 North Shadeland Associates LP, was represented by Bennett Williams and Kevin Kempf of Cassidy Turley.

-Precious Cargo Childcare Academy leased 5,600 square feet at Shadeland Corner, 4550 N. Shadeland Ave. The landlord, Shadeland Center LLC, was represented by Keith Kleinmaier of Retail Realty. The tenant represented itself.

-Enterprise Title extended its lease of 3,925 square feet at 8500 Keystone Crossing. The landlord, PWA Real Estate Inc., was represented by Andrew Martin, Bennett Williams and Michael Semler of Cassidy Turley. The tenant represented itself.

-Barlo’s Pizza leased 3,600 square feet at South Bluff Crossing, 1345 W. Southport Road. The landlord, Grassy Creek LLC, was represented by Keith Kleinmaier of Retail Realty. The tenant represented itself.

-Satellite Oasis leased 3,200 square feet of industrial/flex space at Brookville P-52, 8418 Brookville Road. The landlord, Skyline Property Group, was represented by Skyline’s Brady Clements. The tenant represented itself.   

-Ryan Huette State Farm leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at McFarland Market Place, 8028 S. Emerson Ave. The landlord, Skyline Property Group, was represented by Skyline’s Brady Clements. The tenant represented itself.
