Simon Property Group announced Thursday that it is installing electric-vehicle charging stations at 17 of its shopping centers in Indiana, including one at Hamilton Town Center. Automakers say 27 million electric vehicles could be on U.S. roads by 2020. Hamilton Town Center will offer free charges for the next two years. Other Simon properties plan to charge a fee.
