Indianapolis police arrested a 37-year-old man Thursday afternoon at a west-side Walmart after he aimed his mobile phone up female customers’ dresses and recorded images. Shawn Dean faces voyeurism charges for allegedly taking photos or videos of an 11-year-old girl and 21-year-old woman. He was observed by a security guard at the Walmart in the 4500 block of Lafayette Road.
