A lawsuit by five employees of Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana says the organization failed to protect them from a man accused of recording bathroom videos at a store in Fishers.

The lawsuit filed Tuesday says Goodwill didn't use "reasonable care" in hiring Ritchie Lee Hodges. Prosecutors say Hodges is a registered sex offender who was convicted of child pornography and voyeurism in 2012 for using a hidden camera in a bathroom in Boone County.

Goodwill spokeswoman Cindy Graham says the organization cooperated fully with the investigation and is reviewing employment policies and procedures, The Indianapolis Star reported.

Police were called to the Goodwill store at 7440 Fishers Station Drive in February after a worker found a hidden camera. Hodges, 58, faces charges including child pornography and voyeurism.

He is accused of making nearly 50 videos of 14 coworkers using the restroom. Thirteen were females and three of them were younger than 18. Court records don't yet list an attorney for him.
