Patrick Industries Inc. has completed its purchase of Adorn LLC, another Elkhart maker of recreational vehicle and manufactured house components.
The price was not disclosed. Publicly-traded Patrick generated $348 million in revenue last year and Adorn, $240 million.
Patrick said the acquisition will add synergies in logistics, personnel, purchasing and other functions.
