With 88 agents, ReMax Legends Group is the largest ReMax office in the state.
Half the new company is owned by ReMax Real Estate Groups owners John Demos and Logan Blackburn. The other half is owned by Judy Cohen, who owned ReMax Legends.
ReMax Real Estate Groups is moving its offices from its current location at 8555 N. River Road to the location occupied by ReMax Legends, 5645 Castle Creek Parkway. Both locations are near Interstate 465 on the northeast side.
Cohen said the soft real estate market wasn’t a factor in the decision.
“We both have amazing offices,” she said. “We realized how powerful we would be if we combined forces.”
