Musical DNA LLC will invest $2.3 million in the headquarters and development center, Indiana Economic Development Corp. announced yesterday.
The company, which has 15 employees, received performance-based commitments of $1.1 million in tax credits and $48,500 in training grants from the state.
Its education software turns music into multi-dimensional shapes and colors.
Musical DNA foresees using the technology for medicine and science. More than 50 patent applications have been filed for software applications ranging from voice recognition to speech therapy.
