  1. AP apparently doesn’t know the difference between pesticide and herbicide.
    And as the article said Bayer quit using glyphosate years ago, in residential products.
    Without glyphosate, the corn and bean crops in Indiana will become seriously reduced in productivity and quality.

    1. None of that is relevant to the ruling. The SC has now set a precedent that corporations can’t be held liable for the harms their products cause, and victims likely don’t even have standing to seek retribution. Another win for the corporations and another loss for the citizens
