  1. “So far this year, the economy has been generating 85,000 jobs a month, down from 168,000 last year and an average 400,000 a month during the hiring boom of 2021-2023”

    So much “winning” (losing).

    1. It is still wining, just not as bigly. Even Trump can’t kill the whole economy overnight, especially since Biden had things running on all cylinders, but seems like Trump really is trying.

  2. The real affects of the tariffs is beginning to settle in. The tariffs are causing inflation, which is causing prices to rise, causing a downturn in the economy, causing a reduction in employment. Until the tariffs are lowered the economy, along with employment, will continue in a downward spiral no matter what happens to interest rates.
