The Alcoholic Beverage Board of Marion County recently approved a license for the Kentucky-based restaurant, which will take over a space formerly occupied by Pier 48 Fish House & Oyster Bar.
The coalition asked that Hogsett and other city leaders pause any decisions on the proposed 14-acre data center development until there is comprehensive environmental testing, remediation and a community impact review regarding the project.
The project would be something of a cousin to The Ripple, a 36-unit apartment and retail development that opened in 2020 across Broad Ripple Avenue.
