The Fishers town council last night approved a resolution urging the U.S. Senate to help about 2,000 Sallie Mae employees
who could lose their jobs if President Obamaâ??s plan to eliminate private student-loan lenders is approved. The nationâ??s
biggest private lender has offices in Fishers and Muncie. It employs about 2,300 Hoosiers.

Jamie Loveless, 27, a Mooresville native, died last week from the H1N1 flu virus while on vacation with her husband and 9-month-old
son. She was admitted to the St. Petersburg General Hospital with serious respiratory issues and pneumonia, and died a few
days later. Her funeral is tomorrow in Mooresville.

Police are looking for three people they say carjacked a cab driver early this morning on the west side of Indianapolis. Investigators
say the cab driver picked up a woman sometime around 4:30 a.m. After reaching her destination, two men approached the cab,
beat up the driver, then took off in his car with the woman still inside. Police say the woman may have been involved in the
crime. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.

-TMG Construction Management Inc., Noblesville, will begin construction next week of a new town hall for the town of Trafalgar.
The project, which includes a 1,000-square-foot expansion and 3,400-square-foot renovation of existing space, is scheduled
to be complete by the end of January.

Meridian St., and for the 74,000-square-foot Fidelity Keystone Office Tower and Fidelity Keystone Office Park. John Robinson and Adam Broderick of Jones Lange LaSalle are brokers for the properties.

-Software Engineering Professionals leased 28,000 square feet in the James Building, which is under construction in Carmel City Center. The tenant was represented by Jenna Barnett of Halakar Real Estate. The owner of the building, REI Real Estate, was represented by John Robinson and Adam Broderick of Jones Lange LaSalle.

-Schiele Enterprises Inc. leased 21,000 square feet of industrial space at 2402 Shadeland Ave. The tenant was represented by Kevin B. Kempf of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. The landlord, Shadeland Business Park LLC, represented itself.

-CornerStone Flooring leased 12,800 square feet of industrial space at 8068 Woodland Drive in Park 100. The tenant was represented by Kevin B. Kempf of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. The landlord, Duke Realty, represented itself.

Bill Pritt, the owner of local restaurants Forty-Five Degrees and the Blu Martini, purchased the 8,000-square-foot ground
floor commercial space at 757 Massachusetts Ave. for $890,000 from Fifth Third Bank, which had foreclosed on the property.
Forty-Five Degrees is one of the tenants in the space, located at the corner of Massachusetts and College avenues.
