The company, owned by Jim and Theresa Sapp, offers storage units, offices, meeting space and free access to forklifts.
The Noblesville location, at 605 Sheridan Road, will include 14 buildings on 12.7 acres. The site is expected to open in early winter.
An existing Castleton facility, which includes nine storage buildings at 8070 Castleton Road, is adding four storage buildings. They are set for completion in late November.
Commercial Self Storage also has sites in Greenwood and in Gahanna, Ohio, a Columbus suburb.
Additional locations are planned for another Columbus suburb and Fort Wayne.•
