  1. Companies that need office space and are rent sensitive, should definitely place their offices in the IMC. Free parking, tons of lunch options, close to the airport, easy to get downtown and low crime.

  2. soccer stadium? How about we address our children’s educations? IPS, increase teachers pay? How about public transit, the cities infrastructure? numerous venues to host soccer already…
