    1. Not only are they legal (used by police agencies statewide) they are used by NON Law Enforcement companies such as towing companies and private parking businesses (I.e. Dennison).

      Saw an older tan/gold Buick cruising Fishers parking lots scanning plates. Assuming it was a Repo company…

  1. So, lets get this straight: Fisher’s rezones the property allowing only a grocery store to replace a grocery store. Then, because it’s impossible to redevelop the site (too many groceries in that area already) and will cost the developer more money to redevelop the land, Fisher’s then gives said developers $90,000? Meanwhile, Fishers has continued to increase our taxes. How is this ok?

    1. The rezone was only a defensive measure to force anything other than a grocery store to submit plans to change it into something else. IOW, keep it from becoming a fireworks store three months a year. Controlling the change in a very turbulent time in the retail industry was a good move IMHO, versus letting who knows what to go into the 3-4 big vacant boxes that are in Fishers.
