  1. Casinos can reopen, bars can reopen, movie theaters can reopen, etc. and horse tracks can reopen but without spectators. DUH??????????????? Someone please explain the rationale behind that???????
Scioto Downs in Columbus, Ohio opened two weekends ago. First weekend they took in 3.3 million, last weekend 2,0 million! This State is going to need revenue sources in the upcoming months yet we keep our tracks closed until 6/15 and then open with no fns.

    1. There is no way to explain the randomness of any of this arbitrary, power grabbing failure of reason and logic.

  2. And of course all the restaurants in Marion County have no idea how to plan because “It’s unclear whether Marion County will have different restrictions.”

  3. Oh we are still in stages and segments, the numbers and science never quite worked out for the level of propaganda. Therefor I never let bureaucrat Mayor or Governor dictate how I run my life. So Governor no one is pay attention anyway there just PO’d they can go the track(s), casino’s, bars, concert and restaurants. Which puts Woody in good position , at least we know he is a liberal and Lord knows he couldn’t possible have fewer leadership skills.

  4. I disagree that the science didn’t prove itself out. The stay at home orders and social distancing mandates did work in Indiana and many states as evidenced by the curve of infections and deaths that declined after they went into affect. The science says it will go up if a majority of people ignore those precautions. For a real life example of what happens when there are few precautions, take a look at Arizona’s infection rate the last two weeks. Their stay at home order expired May 15 and they reopened completely with few restrictions in place. Bars, movie theaters and, yes, even horse tracks reopened. Today, Arizona’s ICU and ventilator use is very near maximum capacity and they have activated their emergency action plans. There is a balance between fully re-opening with no restrictions and overwhelming our healthcare system with highly contagious Covid cases.
