How about if we tied Pothole’s personal compensation to the % of rent paid? You know, kind of like a Landlord?
I agree Chuck W. Banks have not shown the landlords even a sliver of understanding when it comes to paying the mortgages and you better believe the the counties have not been overlooking property taxes that came due during the moratorium.
Of course the city wants to spend more money to defend people who haven’t been paying their bills for the past 16 months.
