  1. Click bait… This is not a lawsuit including Grand Park, the City of Westfield’s sports campus. It is a lawsuit with a private business around the sports campus that has nothing to do with operations of the sports campus or its management.

  2. This is significant and it’s certainly not click bait. Sure, he didn’t work FOR Grand Park, but there’s the issue of transparency. The fact is, in his capacity as the president of operations, he was privy to all kinds of proprietary information that enabled him to play a significant role (and make some money) as a “principal” with the Auburn Sports Group to create a facility that will compete – on some level – with Grand Park.

    1. They changed the article title from “Grand Park” to “Owner of field house in Grand Park”. The City is not engaged in this lawsuit. I agree that it is a serious lawsuit and it should be reported on by our media.
