  1. Once again we have someone who knows nothing about guns spouting off about guns. So what is your definition of an “Assault Rifle”? Can you tell me the difference between an AR-15 and a Ruger Mini-14? What about a Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 and a Ruger 10/22 (besides manufacturer)?

Since Democrats want to be able to sue gun manufacturers because some sick individual used their product wrongly, does this mean my family can sue Chevrolet for the single car crash that killed my uncle? When a Mustang goes out of control because the person driving it lost control of it, and crashes into a crowd, do we get to sue Ford now? Maybe we should take away Mustangs from the millions of people who don’t crash their vehicles in crowds. Won’t you think of the children?

The law blocking the suing of gun manufactures for these type of things is just plain common sense. Every other industry doesn’t need this same type of protection, because no one thinks that if someone is beaten with a baseball bat that we need to sue Louisville Slugger. However, Democrats act like this is something strange and we should sue the gun manufacturer. Maybe we should only allow professional athletes access to baseball bats, since more people are killed with blunt objects per year than rifles. Or only licensed contractors can have hammers. Are you guilty of having a hammer in the house? Why do you need a hammer? What crimes are you going to commit with that hammer? Won’t you think of the children?

As far as gun stores go, what else can they do but go off what they see when the person is in the shop, and the background check? We don’t have a way to detect Thought Crime yet, or nor do we have Pre-Crime yet. Are you guilty of Pre-Crime, maybe we should take you in to see if you are.
