“That’s why the time is now to give qualified undocumented students…”
If qualified undocumented students have the same rights as Citizens of the State of Indiana and the United States, then this diminishes the value of Citizenship! It is Citizenship inflation!
I couldn’t agree with you more. Indiana needs more college-educated workers to compete nationally and globally.
Three years ago I had the opportunity to meet two students who were attending the university I graduated from. Both second semester first year. Neither a legal resident nor eligible for state support. Both with outstanding academic records and incredible life stories. And, had the drive and determination to be the first in their families to attend and graduate from college.
