Indianapolis just after 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. Aaron Diemer of Avon, who suffered minor injuries, refused to allow medics to
draw his blood for alcohol testing. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and for driving while suspended with a prior
conviction. Police say the SUV was going at least 70 mph when it traveled through a median, over a traffic-light control box
and into the empty building at 441 E. 10th St. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
