Two Martinsville police officers are on paid suspension after using a stun gun on a 10-year-old. The officers said the boy
was unruly at a home day care center. The Morgan County Sheriff's Department and Martinsville police are investigating
whether the officers used unnecessary force. An officer is also accused of slapping the child, who weighs just under 100 pounds.
Police say this wasn't the first time they've dealt with the boy being out of control and he was trying to hurt others.
