An Indianapolis mother was arrested after her 4-year-old was found wandering in a hotel parking lot Thursday night. Hotel staff at the Motel 6 in the 2800 block of North Shadeland Avenue called police when they noticed the child crying in the parking lot. The boy was alone and without a coat in the 32-degree weather. Sandra Jones, 39, was arrested for neglect. Her son was taken into the custody of Child Protection Services.
