Nottingham Village Apartment Complex, on the east side near 21st Street and Post Road, was hit by fire Tuesday morning—its fifth fire since April, according to the Indianapolis Fire Department. This time, a large storage building caught on fire, causing about $150,000 in damage. The apartment complex also suffered two fires in the spring and two more in September. One of the September fires, which killed a mother and her 2-year-old son, was ruled an arson.
