Two Camby men were shot and killed in an alley on Indianapolis’ west side Wednesday night. Police responded to calls from neighbors who heard gunshots shortly before 9 p.m. to find 50-year-old Victor Pennell dead in the alley behind 48 N. Addison St. The second victim, 45-year-old William Smith, was rushed to Wishard Hospital, where he died. Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 262-TIPS.
