-Hobby Lobby leased 55,668 square feet at Southtown Center, 4380 S. Scatterfield Road, Anderson. The tenant was represented by David Leathers of DL Johnson Co. and Wayne O’Hara of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The landlord, CSN LLC, was represented by Scott Gray of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate.

-Dollar General leased 10,031 square feet at Dori Plaza, 8323 E. Washington St. The tenant was represented by Drew Warner of Eclipse Real Estate. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Jamison Downs of Sandor.

-Oak Security Group LLC leased 7,945 square feet of industrial space in the Northeast Business Center, 8904 Bash St. The tenant was represented by Steve Beals of Lee & Associates. The landlord, Westminster Northeast LLC, was represented by Bryan Miller of Cassidy Turley.

-John Hancock Life Insurance Co. leased 6,135 square feet of office space at 8425 Woodfield Crossing Blvd. The tenant was represented by Tom Hadley of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, Cassidy Turley Midwest Inc., was represented by Darrin Boyd and Dave Moore of Cassidy Turley.  

-USA Party Supplies Inc. leased 6,000 square feet at College Park Plaza, 3479 W. 86th St. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Jamison Downs of Sandor. The tenant represented itself.

-TQL Inc. leased 4,621 square feet at 9000 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Nick Arterburn of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby L. Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. leased 2,750 square feet at The Maxwell, 530 E. Ohio St. The landlord, Milhaus Development, was represented by Tadd Miller of Milhaus. The tenant represented itself.

-G-Spa Tanning Salon leased 2,170 square feet at Ashley Crossing, 733 Loews Blvd., Suite C, Greenwood. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Jamison Downs of Sandor. The tenant represented itself.

-Pole Up LLC leased 1,960 square feet at Indianapolis Pavillions, 7035 E. 96th St., Suite F2. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Jamison Downs of Sandor. The tenant represented itself.

-Holland & Holland leased 1,255 square feet at 8888 Keystone Crossing. The landlord, Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby L. Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle. The tenant represented itself.

-Indy Gold & Silvers LLC leased 1,254 square feet at College Park Plaza, 3325 W. 86th St., Suite L. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Jamison Downs and John Holloway of Sandor. The tenant represented itself.
