The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra this month hired Indianapolis-based advertising firm Hirons & Co. as its agency of record.

Financial terms of the three-year deal were not released. The contract begins Sept. 1.

The agency will work with the ISO on its overall brand strategy, individual marketing plans for each of its music series, and creative development for print and digital advertising efforts, direct mail and its website.

“As longtime supporters of the arts in the Indianapolis area, we are honored to work with the talented staff at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra,” said Tom Hirons, president and CEO of Hirons.

For the next three years, Hirons is charged with developing and executing on advertising and ticket-selling strategies to support the ISO’s programming.
