Janet E. Chronic has been named director of marketing, communications and brand management, at the National FFA Organization.

Jill S. Lacy has been named president of the Lacy Foundation.

Reach For Youth Inc. has added the following: Stacy Payne Miller, chief operations officer, and Lynn A. Highley, clinical director.

Sandy Strawhorn has joined Flight1 as chairwoman.
