I have a message for Mr. Madison, Mr. Odle and Ms. Leighty [March 4 Forefront]: If you don’t want your rebate, return it, but let me keep mine. If you don’t want a tax cut, simply send more of your money to the Department of Revenue as a donation to the general fund and let me enjoy a small tax cut.
