As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowYour [Oct. 14] editorial encouraging Asian immigration was spot-on. I have been saying for years that the United States, and Indianapolis in particular, should encourage Asians to migrate here.
It is amazing that cities such as Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Toronto all have a very large percentage of their populations of Asian descent, and their economies are far surpassing national averages. Most of the Asian immigrants in these cities are first-generation and are in high-tech fields.
