Baker Hill founder chairs TechPoint

The co-founder of Carmel-based banking software company Baker Hill has been named chairman of the state's technology trade group, TechPoint.

Mark Hill, who is also managing partner of Indianapolis-based private investment firm Collina Ventures, said he wants to increase the trade group's focus on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Also named to the board were Brad Wisler, CEO of Bloomington-based business incubator SproutBox; Brad Kelsheimer, associate vice president of finance at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology; Dave Brenner, the head of Innovation Park at the University of Notre Dame; Scott Brenton of locally based Angie's List and Mat Orrego, president and CEO of Bloomington-based Cornerstone Information System.
