    1. Yes, unfortunately it is just a marketing funnel. If you do a really good google search you can sometimes find the older parts of their CMS that actually have lists of local tradespeople and reviews, but those where getting harder to get to when I last looked a year or two ago. I think my $4/year subscription or whatever now just gets me a little “north of 96th” advertainment magazine from them every few months, which can come in handy. But their primary service is useless for a homeowner unless you want a bunch of phone calls from the topmost pushy businesses in the general field you need a job done in.
