  1. We aren’t going to be able to recover anything as long as there is so much fear of crime, the boarded up windows and the overall trashiness of the Circle and City Market. Downtown no longer feels safe and until it does there will be no recovery.

    1. Exactly Stacy B. The groups coming to Indy will turn on their heels and not look back. This is an outrage and I blame it all on the Mayor of Indianapolis for letting it happen. He’s suppose to be the one vested but apparently he’s not!

  2. Right on Stacy! Why should businesses invest in the central business district when they cannot rely on local government to protect them? Same goes for residents there. Horrible leadership in Indy.
