Over the last 8 years GM Chris Ballard has ‘led’ the Colt franchise from a respected, middling organization to one of incompetence and irrevelance.

A good defense is your best offense. So when your opponents achieve more total touchdowns in the season than you do, that’s evidence of a problem with your defense. The number of missed tackles by this team is a major league embarrassment. The best word to describe the Colt’s defense this year: inept.
Steichen’s post game comments after the last 2 losses are an irresponsible embarrassment. He comes across as a ‘windup’ AI kewpie doll full of non-relative coach-speak. I hope the Irsay family has the guts to clean house across the board, ….Ballard, Steichen, Bradley and players.
This team has been tanking like this for years. I predicted they’d lose v the Giants……and we all know how they are the only club that has a losing record against Jacksonville. The entire franchise reeks of complacency and incompetence. This once proud franchise has become a soft, embarrassing NFL joke.
The problem is the owner. That isn’t changing. The Colts were a proud franchise while Bill Polian ran things. They are regressing to whatever they’ve been most of the Irsay era, which is a joke.
