    1. I agree, built Eleven Park exactly as rendered. It’s like a pride thing for the city to see something major like Eleven Park built. It built exactly as rendered, it would be won of the best sporting districts in the country, definitely among Indy’s peer cities. The site is shovel ready. The heliport site requires demolishing of several buildings. Keystone Group has already done all the hard work by demolishing the Diamond Chain building and removing bodies. Why can cities like Nashville and Austin continually get major developments done without all the political posturing we see here over the Elven Park site and MLS talks? smh

    2. The problem with Eleven Park is the developer cannot afford its grand vision and wanted public financing of more than just the stadium.

  1. Find the typo in this paragraph from the story above:

‘Aliya Wishner, chief communications director for the city, said when its paired with the Elanco, White River State Park and Henry Street Bridge projects, “this opportunity will help continue to transform the near-west side and better connect it with our bustling downtown, improving quality of life for all who call the area home.”
