“Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium” is a bit of a mouthful. I presume TV broadcasters will be instructed to use the MerchantsBank name in their broadcasts.
And they’ll use it once or twice a broadcast. A deal like this is much more for the Indianapolis market…
20 year deal? This will be a steal for the back half of the agreement.
Have I mentioned I hate it when I agree with Joe? ….
Merchants is providing “financial literacy training”? Isn’t IU a school? Shouldn’t they already be providing that?
Well $50M may pay for portal players for about 5 years, maybe…
I am a proud alum of the IU School of Business and have spent my career in the finance business. There is a major difference in “academic financial literacy “ and learning “real world financial literacy”. Kudos to the Merchants Bank ( MBIN) team for all their support .
